Since Swaggle and Coles are separate stores, purchases need to be made at each store’s checkout. So, you’ll just need to pay for your Swaggle items before heading into Coles—and the same goes the other way around.

If you’ve bought something in-store and you change your mind, you can return it at any Swaggle store within 30 days—just make sure you have your proof of purchase, and the item is in its original condition and packaging. 

If you've purchased an item in-store and it is faulty, different from a sample/description or recalled by a supplier, you can be return it to us in-store at any time.

Please note, in-store purchases can’t be returned through our online returns process, so visiting the store will be the best way to handle your return.
