Setting up Repeat Delivery is as easy as 1-2-3: 

1. If a product is available for Repeat Delivery, simply select it and start the Repeat Delivery process by adding to cart 
2. Select how often you want the product to be delivered, and choose from every week to 24 weeks 
3. Head to checkout and add all required details to set up your Repeat Delivery 

Then, manage it anytime through My Account via My Repeat Delivery 

The 10% discount is automatically added when you select Repeat Delivery at checkout. It’s valid only on eligible Repeat Delivery products and not in conjunction with any other coupon codes. T&Cs apply.

Your Repeat Rewards perks will be applied automatically when your order is processed.

• Don’t forget to subscribe to emails so you never miss an update

Not sure how often to schedule? Check your previous orders in My Account  for a rough idea. Still undecided? Most Swaggle pet parents go with every 6 weeks. 

You’re in control! Adjust your schedule anytime—right up until the day before your next order is due. 

Absolutely! You can set different products to different schedules. If multiple Repeat Delivery orders fall on the same day, you’ll only pay one shipping fee.

Repeat Delivery guarantees you the lowest price from the past 7 days on the Swaggle website before your order ships (excluding multibuy offers). 

You’ll always be notified of any price changes via email 2 days before your order is processed. 

If your Repeat Delivery starts at a sale price, you won’t lock in that price forever, but Swaggle is always working hard to bring you the best deals! 

Unfortunately, Afterpay isn’t available for Repeat Delivery orders.

Yes, you can! Just make sure you're logged in, then head to the product you'd like to add. You’ll see an option to include it in your next order—either as a one-time add-on or a subscription (where available). Some items, like toys and accessories, are only available as one-time add-ons.

Yep! You can swap, remove, or reschedule items in your Repeat Delivery. 

To swap a product (size or flavour): 

1. Go to My Account > My Repeat Delivery. 
2. Click Swap Product (if applicable). 

To remove a product: 

1. Go to My Account > My Repeat Delivery. 
2. Click More Options next to the item you want to remove. 

Skipping lets you pause one order without cancelling your subscription.  

Here’s how it works: 

• Go to My Account > My Repeat Delivery > Skip Order. 
• Your next scheduled order will be skipped, and your deliveries will resume as normal after that. 
• Need it sooner? You can Reschedule or Send Now anytime  

Pausing allows you to place your order on hold for a period of time without cancelling your subscription. 

Here’s how it works: 

• Go to My Account > My Repeat Delivery > More Options 
• You will be presented with 3 timeframes to choose from  
• Your next scheduled orders will be paused as per your selection, and your deliveries will resume as normal after that. 
• Need it sooner? You can Reschedule or Send Now anytime. 

Your payment will be processed the day your next order ships. You will receive a notification 2 days before your upcoming Repeat Delivery and the day your order is processed and your card is charged. You’ll then receive another notification once the order is dispatched and on its way to you. 

Your payment is charged the day your Repeat Delivery order ships. 

Here’s when you’ll hear from us: 

1. 2 days before: We’ll send a reminder so you can make changes. 
2. Order day: Your payment is processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation. 
3. Dispatch day: You’ll get a tracking email when your order is on the way! 

Yes—you can cancel anytime at no cost up until the day before your next order ships. 

How to cancel: 

1. Go to My Account > My Repeat Delivery. 
2. Click More Options next to the product you want to cancel. 

Important: If you cancel, you’ll lose your current Repeat Rewards level and restart at Level 1 if you sign up again later.
