Swaggle hopes that you are satisfied with the items you purchase from us. However, we understand that there may be times when a product does not meet your expectations or is faulty. This Returns Policy outlines what we can do to assist you. All returns can be submitted through our returns page. Find out more about returns below.

This Returns Policy has been created in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

When can I return a product?

Damaged or faulty products or not as described

If you receive an item and it arrives or becomes faulty through no fault of your own, is not fit for the purpose stated or does not match the description advertised on our website, then a full refund will be available.

We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase on items that are in their original condition (including packaging) or unopened. For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer returns on food, treats or other edible items. Please make sure you check your order carefully prior to purchasing.

You may be asked to demonstrate that the fault or issue with the goods was not caused by you.

How do returns work?

Please visit our returns portal (returns portal) to get a full refund on applicable items, and provide the following information:

  • Your order number; and
  • The email you used to place your order.

We will then walk you through the next steps and everything you need to know to complete your return (including providing you with a packing slip for you to include in the return package and a shipping label for you to print and attach it to the top of the package). We will cover associated delivery charges for the return of applicable products provided they are returned using our packing slip and shipping label. Refunds will be made to the payment method by which the purchase was made and will be processed within 3-5 business days after the package arrives back to our warehouse.
