CGBV1 Pty Ltd (trading as Swaggle) Return and Refund Policy
Swaggle hopes that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from us. However, we understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. Our Returns Policy outlines what we can do to assist you as quickly and easily as possible with your return request, and has been created in line with your rights and Swaggle's retailer obligations as set out under Australian Consumer Law.
When can I return a product?
Change of mind returns
We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase on products that are in their original condition (including packaging). For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer returns on food, treats or other edible items (unless we are honouring a supplier-specific guarantee).
Product is damaged, faulty or not as described
If you receive a product and it:
- Arrives or becomes faulty through no fault of your own;
- Is not fit for the purpose stated, or;
- Does not match the description,
a full refund will be available to you at any time.
How do I return a product I purchased online?
Please visit our returns portal (returns portal) to arrange a full refund on applicable products, and provide the following information:
- Your order number, and;
- The email you used to place your order.
You can also arrange a return via the 'My Orders' option in the Account section of the website. Simply select the order that contains the product/s you'd like to return and choose the 'Return order' option.
We will walk you through the next steps and everything you need to know to complete your return (including providing you with a packing slip for you to include in the return package and a shipping label for you to print and attach to the top of the package). Swaggle will cover associated delivery charges for the return of applicable products, provided they are returned using our packing slip and shipping label. Refunds will be made to the payment method by which the purchase was made and will be processed within 3-5 business days after the package arrives back to our warehouse.
How do I return a product I purchased in-store?
In-store refunds are quick and hassle free!
As long as your return meets our returns policy guidelines outlined in the 'When can I return a product?' section above, we can process your exchange or refund right then and there to the payment method by which the purchase was made—no waiting around.
Please note, in-store purchases can’t be returned through our online returns process, so visiting the store is the only way to arrange your return.
