Can't wait to see your pet's tail wag or hear that happy chirp? We get it! Once you've hit 'Order,' our Swaggle team goes full throttle. You can expect your pawsome package to land on your doorstep within the expected delivery timeframe you see at checkout alongside your delivery options. 

Not home?  No worries!

All of our deliveries are sent through Australia Post with Authority to Leave. 

So, if you are not home, and the delivery driver can find a safe place to leave it in, they will. If they can't find a safe place to leave it in, or cannot access your property, they will take your items to your local post office.

Should you wish to change your address for all future orders, you can do so directly from your dashboard here.

When you arrive, head to 'My Account' in the top-right corner of the Swaggle website. Click on 'Account Details' in the dropdown. Then, head to 'Addresses' on the left. Here you will see your old address. Simply click 'Edit' and pop in your new details. Be sure to hit 'Save' to make sure it all sticks.

When you're checking out, our system works its magic to calculate the delivery time for express shipping based on where you live. So, no need to stress! You'll get to review and pick the express shipping option that works best for you during checkout.
