Frequently Asked Questions
You can either add your Flybuys number at checkout or in ‘Account Details’ if you have an account with Swaggle.
If you are logged in at the point of checkout when you add your Flybuys number Swaggle will automatically save to your ‘Account Details’ so you don’t need to enter for future checkouts.
If you have an Auto-Delivery with Swaggle your saved Flybuys number in ‘Account Details’ will be automatically applied at checkout to your future orders.
While you can currently collect Flybuys points from Swaggle you can’t redeem your points at Swaggle.
You can redeem your points for Flybuys Dollars and spend them in-store at participating retailers, spend them in the Flybuys Rewards Store, or on your next trip with Flybuys Travel or Velocity.

You can simply remove your Flybuys number from ‘Account Details’ by deleting the number and selecting save.
Swaggle can't retrospectively award points for your order, but you can collect points on future orders by adding your Flybuys at checkout or to your Swaggle online account.
Allow up to 48 hours from placing your order to receive your Flybuys points.

Terms & Conditions
Flybuys members collect 2 points per $1 you spend online with Swaggle Auto-Delivery orders, and 1 point per $1 you spend on other purchases. To collect points, enter your Flybuys number online at the time of purchase or in your Swaggle account profile. Only one Flybuys account can be linked to each Swaggle profile. Points are unable to be awarded retrospectively, therefore you must provide your Flybuys number before completing your purchase. Points are awarded after savings, discounts and vouchers. Points are calculated based on the value of your order at the time it is placed with Swaggle and excludes delivery fees, insurance and paid vet services. Points will be awarded to your Flybuys account within 48 hours of your qualifying purchase. If your transaction is cancelled, or you are subsequently issued a refund, you will not be eligible to collect points on that order and any issued points may be deducted from your Flybuys account. Points cannot be redeemed at Swaggle. To view your Flybuys points balance and learn how to redeem your Flybuys points, please visit the Flybuys website or download the Flybuys app and sign into your account. Flybuys points can be converted to Flybuys Dollars in multiples of 2,000 points only. Every 2,000 points equates to $10 Flybuys Dollars. Flybuys Dollars may be used in-store only at Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, First Choice Liquor Market, Kmart, Liquorland, Officeworks, Target and mycar. Physical Flybuys card must be presented at checkout. Flybuys points and Flybuys Dollars have no cash or monetary value.
