in each case before making your purchase. Once we’ve verified the competitor’s price, we’ll match it before your transaction is completed – provided the terms and exclusions below are satisfied.
The Price Match Guarantee is redeemable in-store at our Burwood East Store and online at swaggle.com.au, and only at the time of purchase.
Items must be identical.
Competitor must be a verified Australian retailer.
Competitor's price must be available on the day of the claim, in Australia and on items purchased in the same quantities.
Competitor must have the items in stock.
Competitor's current price must be verifiable by Swaggle.
No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Price Match Guarantee.
Swaggle reserves the right to limit sales under this offer to reasonable retail quantities.
Swaggle reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
The Price Match Guarantee excludes the following:
· Offers tied to recurring delivery services or subscription models;
· Prices reflecting employee, affiliate, or membership discounts (including loyalty programmes);
· Discounts applied via promotional codes, vouchers, or similar mechanisms;
· Cashback schemes, gift vouchers, bundled deals, and “gift with purchase” promotions;
· Trade quotations or pricing offered for commercial quantities or wholesale purchases;
· Pet insurance;
· Prices listed on third-party platforms including online marketplaces, auction sites, or classified ads;
· Freight or handling charges (price comparisons are based solely on an item’s listed price);
· Stacked discounts (the Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other Swaggle promotional offers or discounts);
· Items sold as part of liquidation, clearance, or end-of-range sales;
· Products that are short-dated, damaged, or otherwise not in standard retail condition;
· Prices that fall below Swaggle’s cost price; or
· Completed and future sales transactions.
