Getting started with Auto-Delivery
Swaggle Auto-Delivery allows you to set up automatic repeat orders for all your pet’s favourite products. Simply choose your products and how frequently you want it delivered and let us take care of the rest.
You get the best value with a guaranteed 5% discount on all items eligible for Auto-Delivery, and you won’t need to worry about running out of your pet essentials.
Setting up Auto-Delivery is super easy with only 4 simple steps:
- If a product is available for Auto-Delivery, simply select it and start the Auto-Delivery process by adding to cart
- Select how often you want the product to be delivered, and choose from every week to 24 weeks
- Head to checkout and add all required details to set up your Auto-Delivery
- Then, manage it anytime through My Account via My Auto-Delivery
This offer is available only to first-time Auto-Delivery customers (who have never placed an order for Auto-Delivery on the website). This will be applied automatically once you select Auto-Delivery when adding a product to cart, and you will be able to see the discount applied to your Auto-Delivery items in your cart at checkout.
The 10% discount off your first Auto-Delivery is only applicable to products eligible for Auto-Delivery, up to a maximum discount of $10 off your total order, applied at checkout. The Auto-Delivery discount will only be applied to products that you select to put on Auto-Delivery. You can view this in the checkout. Products that are not selected for Auto-Delivery or that are ineligible for Auto-Delivery will not receive the discount.
The first time Auto-Delivery discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or offers.
After your first Auto-Delivery, your next Auto-Delivery will revert to the standard 5% off all ongoing Auto-Delivery orders.
If you check your previous orders, it will give you some indication of how often you need to purchase any certain products. If you are unsure, our most popular selection is delivery every 6 weeks.
You can modify your Auto-Delivery at any time, up to the day before your next delivery is due.
Yes! We understand you might need different pet products at different frequencies, and it is easy to set up multiple Auto-Deliveries.
The process is the same as setting up your first Auto-Delivery. Once you check out, you will be able to see all your Auto-Deliveries and manage them anytime through My Account via My Auto-Delivery
The price you pay for Auto-Delivery may change from time to time. We will always notify you of this change 3 days before your next delivery by email.
Please be aware that if you start your Auto-Delivery on a sale price, you will not be able to lock in this price permanently. However, we are always working hard to give you the best value for your dollar!
Managing your Auto-Delivery
Once you have an Auto-Delivery you can add or edit products in your order in a few ways.
- If your product is available in different variants, you can adjust the size to better suit your needs. Navigate to My Account > My Auto-Delivery > Manage subscription > Products in this Auto-Delivery >Select the new variant size you require i.e. change from 4kg bag to 15kg bag.
- You can add a product to your order if you require. Navigate to My Account > My Auto-Delivery > Manage subscription > Products in this Auto-Delivery > Add product
- If you need to delete a product you can easily do this by selecting the trash icon. Navigate to My Account > My Auto-Delivery > Manage subscription > Products in this Auto-Delivery > Delete. Please note you must always have at least one product in your active Auto-Delivery and can only delete if there is more than one product.
Skipping your Auto-Delivery means skipping one order only. You can select which order you want to skip in your schedule by navigating to My Account > My Auto-Delivery > Manage subscription >Skip this order. Your order will automatically unskip once your skipped order has passed, and resume deliveries aligned to your schedule. You can unskip if you change your mind in the same way you skipped.
Pausing your Auto-Delivery means you are temporarily halting the service entirely. You can pause by navigating to My Account > My Auto-Delivery > Manage subscription > Pause Auto-Delivery. Your Auto-Delivery will not be resumed until you select resume Auto-Delivery.
Your payment will be processed the day your next order ships. You will receive a notification regarding your upcoming Auto-Delivery 3 days before your order is processed and your card is charged. You’ll then receive another notification once the order is dispatched and on its way to you.
You can cancel at any time at no cost up to the day before your next order ships. To cancel, go to My Account > My Auto-Delivery > Manage subscription > Cancel Auto-Delivery.
