Swaggle Auto-Delivery allows you to set up automatic repeat orders for all your pet’s favourite products. Simply choose your products and how frequently you want it delivered and let us take care of the rest. 

You get the best value with a guaranteed 5% discount on all items eligible for Auto-Delivery, and you won’t need to worry about running out of your pet essentials. 

Setting up Auto-Delivery is super easy with only 4 simple steps:

  1. If a product is available for Auto-Delivery, on the product page, select “Auto-delivery” 
  2. Pick how often you want it delivered
  3. Add to cart, and head to checkout.
  4. Then, manage it anytime through your account.

This offer is available only to first-time Auto-Delivery customers (who have never placed an order for Auto-Delivery on the website). This will be applied automatically once you select Auto-Delivery when adding a product to cart, and you will be able to see the discount applied to your Auto-Delivery items in your cart at checkout. 

The 30% discount off your first Auto-Delivery is only applicable to products eligible for Auto-Delivery, up to a maximum discount of $30 AUD off your total order, applied at checkout. 

The offer will only be applied in the instance that: 

  1. You select Auto-Delivery when adding to cart 
  2. You leave the auto-applied coupon intact (and do not replace it with another coupon, or remove the coupon) 
  3. You are placing an Auto-Delivery order for the first time 

The discount will only be applied to products that you select to put on Auto-Delivery. Products not selected for Auto-Delivery, or that are ineligible for Auto-Delivery, will not have the first-time Auto-Delivery discount applied. 

The first time Auto-Delivery discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or offers. 

After your first Auto-Delivery, your next Auto-Delivery will revert to the standard 5% off all ongoing Auto-Delivery orders.  

If you check your previous orders, it will give you some indication of how often you need to purchase any certain product. If you are unsure, start with monthly. You can modify your Auto-Delivery at any time, up to 3 days before the next delivery is due.

You can set your frequency to suit you.  We offer anything as short as 2 weeks to as long as a 26-week interval.

Yes! We understand you might need different pet products at different frequencies, and it is easy to set up multiple Auto-Deliveries. 

The process is the same as setting up your first Auto-Delivery. Once you check out, you will be able to see all your Auto-Deliveries on your dashboard and ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab within your account.

We want to give you the best price, so if your item is on sale, the price for your Auto-Delivery will be the sale price less 5%.

The price you pay for Auto-Delivery may change from time to time. We will always notify you of this change ahead of your next delivery date.  

If you start your Auto-Delivery on a sale price, unfortunately you will not be able to lock in this price permanently. However, we are always working hard to give you the best value for your dollar! 

As 30% off your first Auto-Delivery is already a pretty juicy discount, we don’t allow it to be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

You can cancel at any time at no cost up to 3 days before your next delivery. To manage your order, go to My Account -> My Auto-Delivery -> Edit. This will let you manage your order, including changing products, order frequency and pausing or cancelling your Auto-Delivery.

If you already have an existing Auto-Delivery

No worries! You can change your Auto-Delivery date up to 3 days before your next delivery by selecting My Account -> My Auto-Delivery -> Edit -> Reschedule. All your upcoming orders within the selected Auto-Delivery will reschedule based on your order frequency.

Once you have an Auto-Delivery order set up, you will be able to make changes to it that makes it work best for you. This includes adding/removing products, changing the order frequency, changing your delivery address, changing your payment method, and changing the timing of your order (reschedule, pause, or skip a delivery). 

To do this, go to your Auto-Delivery by selecting My Account -> My Auto-Delivery -> Edit. This will let you manage your order and make any changes up to 3 days before your next delivery. 

You will receive a notification regarding your upcoming Auto-Delivery 3 days before your order is processed and your card is charged. You’ll then receive another notification once the order is dispatched and on its way to you.

Yes, you can both pause and skip any upcoming order. To do this select My Account -> My Auto-Delivery -> Edit.

It’s awesome to have you back! Resuming your Auto-Delivery is simple in 4 clicks head to: My Account -> My Auto-Delivery -> Edit -> Resume.  

Any Auto-Deliveries skipped prior to pausing will continue to be skipped. Feel free to un-skip those deliveries if you have changed your mind. 

If there is an issue charging your card for your Auto-Delivery, we will send you an email letting you know. You can check your payment details under ‘My Account’. We will try to charge the card 3 more times, 24 hours after each request.  

If the card details have been updated correctly, you will receive a confirmation email for your Auto-Delivery within 24 hours. If the payment fails, you will receive an email confirming that the order was cancelled, and the payment could not be processed. 

 

We prioritise Auto-Delivery orders, so it is unlikely that your pet’s favourite items are out of stock. However, should this happen, we will send you an email.  

You can swap items in your Auto-Delivery by going to My Account -> My Auto-Delivery -> on the relevant subscription ‘Edit’ -> and ‘Swap Product’ on the relevant product.
